This or That Burger ? - A revolution of Burger

If you’re eating a lot of burgers lately, you’re not alone. Hamburger is one of the most consumed dishes by Americans. The first and most obvious answer to the question of why we're so obsessed with burgers is: burgers are cheap. The burger almost always costs half of the dinner if you eat out. Therefore hamburgers are more and more popular worldwide and there are many version upgrades for a burger with an expensive price. So the question does a “fast food” burger or an “upgraded” burger is worthy?

1. McDonald's - Big Mac

One of the world's top selling hamburgers. The Big Mac which is the best-selling burger at MacDonald’s cost only 5.49$. This item has been the signature burger at the golden arches pretty much since it was added to the menu in the late 1960s. The burger came with two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions on a sesame-seed bun. The special sauce of Big Mac that nothing can beat it has always been interesting me. As always, the service was fast and always available 24/24. If you are craving a burger at midnight or in a rush, you just need to drop by MacDonald’s for a second and you can get your meals right the way

However, the “fast” has its price, the meat is not fresh and dry. That is totally 100% of the frozen patty tastes. The onions are dehydrated, the main ingredient is bread and it was definitely not recommend due to its unhealthy

2. Aloette - Aloette Burger

The neighbourhood bistro as imagined by the Alo Food Group. Aloette is where a taste for haute cuisine meets cravings for cheeseburgers and lemon meringue.

Aloette Burger can be considered one of the most simple burger highlights the use of quality ingredients. 6oz of blended chuck and brisket cooked to medium topped with seared beaufort cheese accompanied with lettuce, pickle onion and a cheese mayo in a brioche is all it components. Compare to other burgers in town it doesn’t have a lot of toppings, and that is the reason why with every bite you can taste and feel the taste of the meat, the crust from that Maillard reaction and the cheese as well as a slight charred taste from the cooking of high heat on cast iron.

However, with the price of 20$ it seems like not everyone wants to pay for a combo of 1 burger and 1 french fries

3. Burger Drop

And the MVP is for the last! If you are too familiar with the classic burger try the smash burger now !! And our recommend for you is Burger Drop. With the price from 8 - 12$. I bet you will not regret when you visit Burger Drop
