Mixed Tropical Fuit with Burrata Salad

- A refreshing flavour for summer

Inspired by a recipe from Pizza 4P's - a restaurant based in Viet Nam. We have re-created our own recipe with  a cool refreshing summer flavor salad perfect for warmer weather with mixed tropical fruit, Parma Ham & Burrata

Passionfruit DressingPassionfruit Puree 115 g

Extra Virgin Olive Oil  150g

Honey  65g

Mint Leaf  6

Salt  15g

Mixed tropical fruit Mango 25g

Dragon Fruit 65g

Orange 35g

Watermelon 65g

Burrata cheese
1 Whole Burrta

Chili powder

Salt

Ingredients

(2- 3 servings)

 

1. Cut all the fruit in small cube

2.  In a blender or small food processor, combine all ingredients for the dressing, and blend until you have a thick and creamy dressing

 

 

1.  In a large bowl mix all the fruit with 4 tbsp of passion fruit dressing (adjustable according to taste)

2. Cut open Burrata in your favorite bow then season Burrata with salt and chili

4.  Scoop fruit on top of the Burrata cheese, place the fruit evenly colourful around the cheese

5. Make roll of Prosciutto for garnish

6. Finish with drizzle of Olive Oil and tear Mint leaves

  • Since the main ingredient for this salad is fruit. Choose the ripped food which is sweet and juicy enough. That is why this salad is made for summer. Every kind of fruit are sweet and yummy !
  • Thanks to its freshness, this salad is a perfectly pair with the easy greasy dishes such as steak or pizza.
  • To cut your big watermelon: cut your watermelon in half lengthwise.Then, cut each half in half to make 4 quarters of watermelon.Take one of the quarters and make cuts from the top part of the melon all the way down to the rind. Make 0.5 inch slices from one side of the melon to the other side. Take your knife and slice 1 inch strips down the length of the melon. After the cuts are made, start from one edge of the melon and cut along the rind
